Refund and Return Policy for Lumik
Refunds:
At Lumik, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality LED wall lights. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@trylumik.com and hold on to the damaged product and packaging. We will initiate a claim, which requires an online affidavit to be filled out by you, along with photographs of the damaged product and packaging both outside and inside. Please retain both the product and packaging until the claim is completed. Once completed, a replacement can be sent.
Shipping Errors: If you believe you have received the wrong item or your order is missing components, please follow the steps below for resolution:
For Missing Components: If it's proven that the product is missing components by providing an unboxing video, please contact our customer service team with the video evidence. We will promptly send the missing components to you after inspection.
For Wrong Items Received: If you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos of the items received along with a screenshot of your order confirmation. Email this evidence to our customer service team at contact@trylumik.com. Upon verification, we will provide resolution.
Once we receive the evidence for an incorrect item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it is in saleable condition and not damaged during transit. Upon successful inspection, we will promptly send the correct item to you.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval.
Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@trylumik.com. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions as needed.Lumik accepts returns under the following conditions:
Wrong Items Received: If you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos of the items received along with a screenshot of your order confirmation. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Conditions:
The following conditions are not entitled to a refund, return, exchange, and/or replacement:
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind reasons. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
Defects Caused by Misuse or Mishandling: Any defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Product in Perfect Condition: If the product bought is in perfect condition or has no defect, it is not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.
Orders Made in Error by the Customer: Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong color or quantity selected) are not eligible for a refund, return, or replacement. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
